After almost of year of delays, Westwood's French Canadian restaurant Soleil is finally opening its newest addition next door, which will speciale in Quebecois cocktails and tapas. It's going to called P'tit Soleil, and will be located right next door to its sister restaurant, which has been run by chef Luc Alarie for the past ten years.

The opening is planned for late June, when new Quebec-inspired tapas will debut along with a full cocktail bar for both restaurants (looks for rare Canadian beers) and an expanded menu of so-called “designer poutines,” which includes a version topped with melted white cheese curds, cognac cream sauce, sautéed mushrooms, and sliced filet mignon. (Oui! Oui!)
