What has Lionel Richie been up to?

Lionel Richie has been keeping busy as an American Idol judge since 2019 and a very eventful 2022, as the Library of Congress awarded him the Gershwin Prize for Popular song, and was inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He also received the Icon Award from the American Music Awards and received and induction into the Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame in Downtown Atlanta.
