Christina Ricci

Her luminous moon face waxes and wanes emotions most actors are too timid to near, much less lay bare. This past year alone, she was a punk Jean Harlow in The Opposite of Sex, gonzo jailbait in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and plucky if miscast in Pecker. More importantly, though, in Vincent Gallo's Buffalo '66, Ricci was Layla and she was unforgettable — tap-dancing in glitter heels and blue eye shadow, stealing our breath when she wasn't breaking our hearts. Kellye Rowland

Thanks to a natural resemblance and her stylish way with a beret, Rowland didn't have to get down on her knees to win the role of presidential intern Monica Lewinsky on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. Rowland plays the loose-lipped homewrecker in sketches that have so far included her leaving kneeprints in cement at Mann's Chinese Theater, a parody of Mission: Impossible (Mission: Impeachable) and a trailer for the remake of Psycho — turns out this new shot-by-shot version features Bill Clinton in the shower and “that woman” slashing him with a cigar.
