Todd McCormick

“The Pot Prince of Bel-Air” was nabbed in 1997 for growing an alleged 4,000 plants. The childhood cancer survivor is believed by many to be a medical-marijuana martyr, and criticized by others for overstepping the limits of Proposition 215. In 1998, McCormick spent 12 days in jail for a dirty urine test. The bigger test will come in '99, when he goes on trial for the original bust. (Michael Simmons)
