I think a great way to introduce your partner to adult movies depends mostly on her level of comfort. Would she go into an adult store? Take her to a higher-end boutique-style adult shop and let her have a look around. So many adult stores have become VERY female friendly! If she's actually choosing the level of hardcore that she's OK with, it will put her at ease.
