If you ever dreamed of owning your very own porn estate, this might be your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

A piece of the Dry Gulch Ranch in Ventura County, just north of Malibu, has hit the market for $2.6 million. The ranch's reported past includes movie production, modeling shoots and adult films.

And its onetime owners, Carter and Maureen Ward, were self-proclaimed nudists. So this place has history. And patina. And maybe even mirrors.

Back in the 1990s as many as 10 adult video scenes were set on the ranch, which seems to have been subdivided since then.

In 1999 neighbors were concerned about plans to upgrade what was a 21-acre spread. What's for sale today is a 1.92 acre slice at 12460 Yellow Hill Rd. that includes a nearly 5,000 square feet of structures including a ranch house, garage and guest house.

At least some of the place runs on solar panels, according to the listing.

The estate for sale includes a pool, a fire pit, a spa for 20 and, of course, two bars with room for 100. A photo shows one indoor watering hole named the “Cadillac Bar.”

Yeah, you can almost hear the disco playing.

We called the real estate agent listed as the main sales representative for the listing. She said she had no idea that it had this reported history.
