At Least One Injured after Two-Vehicle Collision on N Street

FRESNO, CA (June 28, 2022) – Last Tuesday, a two-vehicle crash on N Street hospitalized one police officer.

The accident happened around 7:00 a.m. on N Street, near Downtown Fresno. Authorities said a detective in an unmarked car pulled out in front of a Fresno motorcycle unit.

Responding officers arrived and discovered both vehicles with major damage. Meanwhile, medics transported the motorcycle officer to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Furthermore, the roadway was temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.

Authorities did not release any additional information at this time. However, an active investigation is currently underway.
