Murphy, a Brit who moved to Turkey, says on his website that his upcoming tour would feature him “performing only Bauhaus material.”

[Update at 4:05 p.m.]: The News-Press dutifully followed this story into the courtroom and reports that Murphy today pleaded not guilty.

The judge let him go until the next court date on the matter with the caveat that he not drive without the court's permission.
