Last night, West Hollywood's “secret” Chinese bar Blind Dragon hosted a 38th birthday party for Mario Lavandeira, better known as Internet media mogul Perez Hilton. The event, promoted with the tagline “The Bitch Is Back!,” also celebrated the gossip blogger/multimedia platform owner's return to Los Angeles after a few years in New York. On hand to celebrate Hilton's birthday were assorted friends and celebrities, including model Karrueche Tran, and 1990s Los Angeles R&B legends All4One, who serenaded the birthday boy with their hits, a very soulful “Happy Birthday” and even an Earth Wind & Fire classic.
