Imagine making your first million before the age of 10. And you wouldn't even have to give your left one for it.

Well, almost.

A boy who's now 8 might have paid the ultimate price when a doctor took off most of the top of his penis during circumcision as a baby. Today a judge in L.A. said the victim was entitled to a $4.6 million settlement.

The doc wasn't believed to be the bad guy here. Rather …

… an allegedly faulty clamp led to the boy's unnecessary trim job, according to his mother's suit against the device's maker, Miltex Inc and its parent Integra Life Sciences Holding Corp.

The boy lived in L.A. at the time of the circumcision, although he now lives in Austin.

The judge's approval means he will see more than $3 million after attorneys get their pay.

The suit claims that the Miltex Mogen clamp was based on a “defective design” that allowed the doc to remove 85 percent of the boy's tip.

Besides having to see a urologist yearly, the boy also needs psychiatric treatment “to deal with the trauma of this incident,” the suit claimed.
