We got an early glimpse of the Willy Wonka–esque Museum of Ice Cream, which opens to the public on April 22. Inside the bright pink building between the Arts District and Fashion District downtown, a one-way walking tour brings you to a collection of psychedelic rooms that are home to 10,000 bananas, gigantic melting popsicles and a literal pool of rainbow sprinkles. It's the stuff Instagram dreams are made of. Read all about the museum here. And note that the museum has extended its L.A. stay through Oct. 16.
