Pedestrian Hospitalized after Big-Rig Collision near Mile Marker 124

RENO, NV (October 8, 2021) – Wednesday morning, a pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by a semi-truck near Lovelock.

The crash took place on Interstate 80 shortly  after 2:45 a.m. near mile marker 124, as per report.

According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, a pedestrian was walking on the shoulder near fog line in a construction zone when they were struck by semi-truck.

The pedestrian was transported by Care Flight to a Reno hospital with life-threatening injuries. Although, no further details have been released.
