73-Year Old Man Dies in Vehicle Accident on Coachline Boulevard

MARANA, AZ (June 7, 2022) – Wednesday morning, a traffic crash on Coachline Boulevard left one pedestrian dead.

On June 1st, an unidentified pedestrian died in a vehicle on Coachline Boulevard, near West Twin Peaks Road.

Furthermore, the report said that the man was out for a walk in the area and crossed the street when a vehicle struck him.

The driver did stop at the scene to cooperate with authorities, police stated that impairment did not play a factor in the collision.

Officers investigated the incident and directed traffic out of the area.

Additionally, the fatal victim was identified as a 73-year-old man but his identity was not disclosed at this time.

Following preliminary investigations, the surrounding area was reopened to traffic. An active investigation into the crash is underway.
