One Person Hospitalized Following Pedestrian Hit-and-Run on Martin Luther King Boulevard
LAS VEGAS, NV (September 14, 2022) – Monday evening, a pedestrian hit-and-run on Martin Luther King Boulevard sent a man to the hospital.
The incident happened at about 8:43 p.m., near Ellis Avenue, just south of Charleston Boulevard.
According to reports, the pedestrian was struck by an unspecified vehicle in the area. The impact of the collision left the man with serious injuries. Meanwhile, the driver of the involved vehicle failed to stop or render aid to the victim.
Responding paramedics then transported the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment of his wounds. His identity has not yet been released.
At this time, police are still on the lookout for the suspect. There is no description of the vehicle, but they urge anyone who witnessed the hit-and-run on Martin Luther King Boulevard to call local authorities as soon as possible.
