Hit-And-Run Driver Left Pedestrian Injured on Jennifer and Shaw Avenue
FRESNO, CA (September 1, 2021) – Authorities are searching for a hit-and-run driver who left a pedestrian with serious injuries last Friday on Shaw Avenue.
The incident occurred around just before midnight on August 27 at Jennifer and Shaw Avenues.
In addition, investigators claimed that a truck collided with a man walking on the road for unknown reason.
According to the report, it remains unclear whether the pedestrian used the crosswalk or not at the time of the crash.
As a result, the victim sustained broken ribs and a collapsed lung but is expected to recover.
The Fresno Officials will continue to investigate the hit-and-run incident.
Furthermore, investigators pointed out that the suspect might be traveling with a dark-colored truck, last seen speeding on eastbound Shaw Avenue.
