Pedestrian Crash on McCarran Boulevard Left One Hurt

RENO, NV (February 24, 2022) – A pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries following a bus crash on Seventh Street Wednesday night.

The crash involving an RTC bus happened about 6:00 p.m. when the bus struck a pedestrian for reasons unknown.

Furthermore, paramedics rushed the pedestrian into intensive care.

Meanwhile, the three passengers in the bus did not sustain any injuries. An RTC supervisor took them to their destinations.

Moreover, the initial investigation states that impairment did not play a factor in the accident.

The blocking of West Seventh Street from McCarran Boulevard to Tasha Court remained until 11:00 p.m. to pave way for the police investigation.
