Deadly Pedestrian Accident on Paseo Del Norte near 4th Street in Albuquerque
ALBUQUERQUE, NM (November 16, 2021) – A pedestrian was struck and killed in a crash on Paseo Del Norte Boulevard, early Sunday.
The incident occurred on November 14, near 4th Street. Emergency crews responded to the area shortly after receiving multiple dispatch calls.
Per reports, an unidentified pedestrian was hit by a passing vehicle on eastbound Paseo Del Norte. However, further circumstances leading up to the crash remain unclear.
Paramedics responded and pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene, due to the extent of their condition. Although, authorities have not yet released their identity.
Eastbound traffic on Paseo Del Norte Boulevard was closed during cleanup and preliminary duties, but has since reopened.
