Female Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Deadly Collision on 60th Street

SACRAMENTO, CA (January 26, 2022) – Thursday afternoon, a female pedestrian died in a fatal crash on Folsom Boulevard, authorities said.

According to police, the accident occurred just after 1:20 p.m., near the intersection of 60th Street and Folsom Boulevard.

Per reports, the collision involved two cars and an unidentified female pedestrian, who later died while being treated at the hospital.

Meanwhile, the car drivers did not sustain injuries and remained at the scene to cooperate with police.

Traffic was disrupted in the surrounding area of the crash during investigations.
