Hit-and-Run on Linda Vista Road Left One Fatality
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 27, 2021) – A male pedestrian was left dead by a hit-and-run driver on Linda Vista Road, Sunday night.
Around 7:45 p.m, witnesses told police a man was hit in the northbound lane of Linda Vista Road near Genesee Avenue.
Rescuers brought the man, who was not identified by police, to Sharp Memorial Hospital where he eventually died.
Authorities could not say much about the vehicle that hit him except that it was “possibly a dark-colored SUV.”
The investigation is still ongoing.
