Debbie Bass Killed in DUI Collision near Rainbow Boulevard

LAS VEGAS, NV (January 14, 2022) – Tuesday morning, Patrick Bass was killed and Tara Russell was arrested after a crash on Sahara Avenue.

Authorities received a report about the crash near Rainbow Boulevard around 1:20 a.m.

Per reports, a driver was heading west on Sahara and ran a red light, colliding with an SUV heading north on Rainbow Boulevard through a green light. Upon impact, the SUV rolled over several times.

The passenger of the SUV, 65-year-old Debbie Bass, died at University Medical Center. The driver of the SUV, 64-year-old Patrick, was rushed to intensive care at UMC with serious injuries and later died.

Meanwhile, 43-year-old Russell obtained non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators say she showed signs of impairment and was taken into custody as a result.

At this time, no further information has been released, as the incident remains under active investigation.
