Head-On Collision on Highway 395 South of Bridgeport Left One Hurt

MONO COUNTY, CA (December 20, 2021) –  A head-on crash on Highway 395 involving a school bus left one car passenger injured Monday afternoon.

According to authorities, the incident occurred around 4:20 p.m. on south of Bridgeport.

Moreover, investigators said the bus driver, Lawrence Anderson, with 8 student-passengers, lost control on a curve.

As a result, the school bus crossed the center line and hit a Toyota Tacoma.

Later on, the authorities identified the Tacoma driver as Robert Morten of Chula Vista.

The first responders claimed that a passenger in the car sustained moderate injuries after being pinned inside.

Luckily, the police pointed out that nobody else suffered from injuries after the crash.

Mono County Officials are investigating the head-on collision on Highway 395.
