With the TLGB community and its struggles thrust into the pop culture spotlight thanks to Caitlyn Jenner, this year’s LA Pride (June 12-14) seems more significant than ever. This year, the music stages offers a stellar line-up, heavy on the pop with Kesha, Tinashe and Wilson Phillips on Saturday, and Becky G, Eden XO and Fifth Harmony on Sunday, to name just a few. Tons of DJs spin throughout the park and inside WeHo-adjacent clubs all three nights, and the “Thunder Ground” roller disco returns, too.

Even if you go nowhere near Santa Monica Boulevard or WeHo Park, you can still celebrate. Here are four shindigs that will make for a loud and proud weekend:

On Friday, special guest DJ Lady Bunny takes over OK … Thanks! at the Golden Box, and trust us, you'll be thankful you went!

Saturday at Submerge, Justin David invites you to immerse yourself in Skybar’s famed pool scene with the sultry sounds of DJ Josh Peace (Mustache Mondays) and DJ Glovibes.

Also on Saturday, the Standard’s Pride Pool Party celebrates “life, love and diversity” with a splashy soiree featuring top-notch spinners including NYC’s Venus X and L.A.’s Kittens and Kim Anh, plus dance duo Newbody and A Club Called Rhonda’s Gregory Alexander.

Brutus: Pride Edition at Faultline has guest hosts Hunter and Jessica, “resident muse” Mathu Andersen and a midnight performance by Rasputin’s Marionettes. DJ Chris Bowen (Bears in Space, Cub Scout) brings the beefy beats.
