Celebrating three years of dressing women of all shapes and sizes in sexy, vintage-inspired fashion, Pinup Girl Boutique goes full retro with its annual prom party. Only this time, it’s not limited to the shop’s usual ’50s and ’60s attire. PUG invites patrons to dress in frilly, pretty frocks from all eras. (We’re thinking of going with a white satin Carrie number, minus the blood splatter.)

Highlighting the multidecade theme, DJ Alex Transistor will be spinning dance jams from the ’50s through the ’80s. Of course, there will be a photo booth and a prom queen ceremony — winner will be chosen by raffle, with proceeds benefiting Girls Inc., an empowering foundation for young women.

They’re clearing space on the sales floor to make this a proper dance hall, but attendees will be given a “Prom Ticket” for 20 percent off to shop the store later that weekend. Hors d’oeuvres and cakeballs will be served, plus Champagne and punch, too.

And since PUG girls can be bad girls, we wouldn’t be at all surprised if the punch is seriously spiked.
