Memorial Day weekend remains, hands down (and up) the most action-packed of party times. There are so many great events and parties – big parties that require outfit planning and, often, scheduled recuperation the following  ay. Myth Masque Ball

One of the biggest dress-up events of the year has found a grand new gilded locale to backdrop its fantastical finery and otherworldly outfitting. Myth, formerly at Vibiana, now calls the historical Los Angeles Theatre home. It will feature a host of astoundingly garbed performers (aerialists, singers, dancers and mermaids … yes, mermaids!), DJs (including yours truly and Gothic club queen Xian), and more stuff your imagination could not begin to conjure.

DJ Jason Lavitt wants to remind you of when L.A. was a “Mod Mod World” by bringing back his successful '60s grind Club Shout! for one night only. Lavitt and DJ Nowhere Girl (Amoeba) spin '60s, mod, glam and soul all night. Make sure your go-go boots can take some stomping!
