Last weekend we barely heard a peep out of the LAPD about its regular DUI checkpoings. Had they gone on hiatus?

Not for long. The department plans to unleash a hot mess of drunk driver checkpoints throughout L.A., including in Hollywood, and we've got your weekend cheat sheet:

-We'll start off with a checkpoint in Pasadena and then go LAPD all the way from there. From 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday (tonight!) there will be a checkpoint somewhere in Pasadena. The local department isn't telling us where, exactly, it will be.

-On Friday from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. there will be a checkpoint on Hollywood Boulevard at Gower Street in Hollywood.

-On Friday there will be a checkpoint on Sepulveda Boulevard and Raymer Street in Van Nuys from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.

-On Saturday from 6 p.m. to midnight or 1 there will be a checkpoint on on Manchester Avenue somewhere near Main Street or San Pedro Street in South L.A.

-On Saturday from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. there will be a checkpoint Cahuenga Boulevard at Broadlawn Avenue in the Universal City area.

-On Saturday from 6 p.m. to 1 p.m. there will be a checkpoint on Manchester Boulevard and Main Street in South L.A.
