The paparazzi that call L.A. home are as bold as ever. In between scuffling with Kanye and chasing down Lindsay, they're coming up with ever more clover ways to get that money shot. One shooter appeared to be overzealous in chasing down actress Anne Hathaway on a bike as she rode through West Hollywood in an Audi.

Sheriff's officials say the photog t-boned the side of the car when it made a right turn from Santa Monica Boulevard to Westbourne Drive about 1:05 p.m. Thursday. The shooter wasn't injured, sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore tells the Weekly.

The car was being driven by Hathaway's boyfriend, Adam Shulman. Sheriff's traffic investigators surmised the bike rider was a paparazzo because he was carrying a professional camera with a long lens. Whitmore said the witnesses reported that the bike rider “had plenty of time to slow down,” but it wasn't clear if he was pursuing a shot at the time of the collision.

“The paparazzi's in full force” these days, Whitmore said.
