Papa John's, which has been trying to woo American consumers with a campaign that essentially says “Our old toppings sucked. Try our new ones,” has taken their oddball promotional schemes to the next level. Just in time for the royal wedding, the Kentucky-based pizza chain commissioned a portrait of Prince William and Kate Middleton — made with pizza toppings. Even commoners can get a piece of the Royal Wedding, literally.

A food artist in the United Kingdom created the topping mosaic, using salami and peppers for William's morning suit. Kate received a veil of mushrooms and hair made from olives. Both their faces appear to be made from turkey cubes. Papa John's… They're #3; they try even harder.
