When Blair Golden, founder of PairLuv, found herself single again at 42 after nearly 20 years of marriage, she stepped into what she calls “the dating jungle.” Among the wild encounters were narcissists, serial texters, men not quite divorced, and others whose “good morning” and “good night” messages came long before any real connection. Desiring to help empower women and provide a new level of safety to all daters, Blair did something revolutionary: she built an AI-powered coach for all those in the online dating world.

Before founding PairLuv, Blair spent nearly two decades as a top residential realtor in Los Angeles and San Diego, earning accolades including The Wall Street Journal’s Real Trends Award for top sales volume. Blair’s career was built on trust, intuition, and helping clients make life-changing decisions; skills she’s now channeling into helping people make better dating decisions. Blair’s mission is deeply personal. After her divorce, without knowing the warning signs, Blair experienced her first life changing toxic relationship; a relationship with traumatizing effects that opened her eyes to the fact that even intelligent and aware people can miss warning signs. Whitney, the visionary founder of Bumble redefined online dating by prioritizing female empowerment and safety, a story dramatized in a recently released Fox feature film.
