Traffic Accident on White Lane Left One Fatality

BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 20, 2022) – Saturday evening, a pedestrian crash on White Lane claimed the life of Pablo Erik Allier, police said.

According to the police, officers responded to the crash around 9:30 p.m. to the area of White Lane and Hughes Lane.

Furthermore, upon arrival, they located a man in the roadway that sustained significant injuries.

Eventually, paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Meanwhile, the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

Later on, the Kern County coroner’s office identified that victim as 43-year-old Allier.

Moreover, both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.

Bakersfield Officials are working to identify the circumstances surrounding the pedestrian crash, as an active investigation is currently underway.
