Pedestrian Collision near Ventura Boulevard Left One Killed

SHERMAN OAKS, CA (July 21, 2023) – Early Thursday morning, an auto pedestrian accident on 405 Freeway left one unidentified person dead. Authorities responded to reports of the collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian, around 7:15 a.m. along the 405 Freeway, at Ventura Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers discovered the pedestrian was fatally injured, although they have yet to determine the circumstances that lead up to the collision.
