Male Victim Killed in Fatal Two-Vehicle Accident near Avenue F

LANCASTER, CA (September 26, 2022) – Thursday morning, one man was killed and a woman was injured in a 2-vehicle crash on North 30th Street.

The incident occurred around 8:25 a.m., near Avenue F on September 22nd.

According to police, a driver ran through a red light and collided with another vehicle traveling westbound on Avenue F.

Medical personnel arrived and pronounced one male driver dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released his name or place of residency.

Meanwhile, paramedics transported one female occupant to Antelope Valley Medical Center for further treatment. Authorities also added that the woman may face criminal charges.

Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties before it was later reopened.
