Two-Vehicle Crash on Freeway 105 Left at least One Fatality, Five Injured

LYNWOOD, CA (November 19, 2021) – A two-vehicle crash on 105 Freeway claimed the life of one person and injured five others Saturday morning.

Firefighters and paramedics responded to the incident around 5:40 a.m. on the eastbound Glen Anderson (105) Freeway in Lynwood.

Upon arrival, medical personnel transported five people to an area hospital and declared one victim dead at the scene.

In the end, officials issued a SigAlert around 6:10 a.m. closing the carpool and No. 1 eastbound lanes at Long Beach Boulevard for at least two hours.
