Multi-Vehicle Crash on Fair Oaks Boulevard Left Woman Killed and One Other Injured
CARMICHAEL, CA (October 1, 2021) – A multi-vehicle crash on Fair Oaks Boulevard claimed the life of one woman and left two other people hospitalized.
The fatal incident occurred around 4:35 P.M. when a GMC Denali rear-ended a silver sedan going eastbound on Fair Oaks Boulevard.
Subsequently, the sedan flipped into the oncoming traffic heading westbound, causing a collision with a Chevy pickup truck.
Tragically, the driver of the sedan died at the scene. Later on, the authorities identified the deceased victim as a 21-year-old woman from Fair Oaks.
Meanwhile, the 62-year-old man involved in the crash and 56-year-old Chevy driver from Carmichael sustained minor injuries.
At this time, the identity of the deceased victim and the circumstances surrounding the multi-vehicle crash remains unavailable.
