Pedestrian Accident near Eddy Street Left One Fatality

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (February 14, 2023) – Monday morning, a pedestrian crash on Franklin Street claimed the life of one person.

Officers responded to the incident at around 5:40 a.m., near the intersection of Franklin Street and Eddy Street.

According to reports, police discovered a pedestrian suffering from fatal injuries. Medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the driver of the involved vehicle stayed at the site of the incident and cooperated with the investigators. Following the crash, officials closed down the areas surrounding the collision for cleanup and preliminary duties.
