35-Year-Old Pedestrian Pronounced Dead after Accident near Hesperian Boulevard

HAYWARD, CA (October 25, 2022) – Early Wednesday morning, one person died in a pedestrian collision near Turner Court.

Police responded to the accident on October 19th, at about 6:16 a.m., involving a pedestrian and a vehicle.

Furthermore, officers arrived at the scene and pronounced the pedestrian dead upon arrival.

Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle did not suffer any wounds. He remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

Both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
