Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Deadly Collision on Heacock Street
RIVERSIDE, CA (April 19, 2022) – Friday morning, one person was killed in a fatal pedestrian accident on Sandbow Street.
According to authorities, the incident happened around 9:45 a.m., at the intersection of Heacock and Sandbow Street.
Per reports, the driver of a black Hyundai Sonata struck the pedestrian who was attempting to cross the street. Investigators later determined that the area did not have a marked crosswalk.
Upon arrival, medical personnel pronounced the severely injured pedestrian dead at the scene.
At this time, further circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. Sheriff’s deputies are still currently investigating the deadly pedestrian accident on Sandbow Street.
