Traffic Accident near Horizon Drive Left One Dead

HENDERSON, NV (January 20, 2023) – Early Sunday morning, one individual was pronounced dead after a car crash on Interstate 11.

Authorities responded to the scene on the southbound lanes of the freeway.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the incident and the total number of parties involved remain unclear.

Reports indicate that Henderson Authorities pronounced the individual dead at the scene due to the extent of injuries sustained.

Officials reported all southbound lanes were temporarily shut down to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties, the freeway has since been reopened.

Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim. At this time, Henderson police continue to investigate the crash on Interstate 11. Once available, further details will be provided.
