Traffic Accident on Harrison Avenue Left Rider Hurt

EUREKA, CA (March 30, 2022) – Tuesday afternoon, a vehicle collision on Harrison Avenue left a motorcycle rider injured, police said.

The collision took place on the 2200 block of Harrison Avenue before 3:15 p.m.

Furthermore, authorities said a car coming out of a driveway onto Harrison Avenue collided with an approaching motorcycle.

Moreover, according to the police, the driver of the vehicle did not notice the motorcyclist.

Eventually, medical crews took the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital in a currently unknown condition.

A large portion of the roadway was temporarily closed to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.

The officers did not release further information about the crash as their investigation is ongoing.
