UTV Accident near Indian Valley Reservoir Left One Hurt

LAKE COUNTY, CA (May 5, 2022) – Saturday, one victim was hospitalized following an UTV crash near Indian Valley Reservoir.

According to authorities, the utility task vehicle crash happened at Indian Valley Reservoir.

Fire crews, police,  an air ambulance, and a California Highway Patrol helicopter all responded to the scene upon receiving the report.

According to authorities, a UTV (utility task vehicle) crashed and rolled over with two individuals inside.

Upon arrival, authorities discovered one person with minor injuries. Meanwhile, the second person refused further medical attention.

Moreover, the surrounding area was temporarily closed down to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.

At this time, the events that have led up to the crash remain unclear. However, an active investigation into the crash is underway.
