Two-Vehicle Crash on Ross Hill Road Left One Injured, Two Lanes Closed

FORTUNA, CA (January 10, 2022) – Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash on Ross Hill Road that left one person injured Thursday afternoon.

According to the authorities, the incident happened around 4:55 p.m. between Acacia Lane and Ross Hill Road.

Eventually, officers arrived at the scene after receiving reports about a car accident.

However police requested a medical evaluation for one patient, also authorities have not released the identities of any party involved.

In addition, Caltrans stated that the crash caused heavy traffic on the south/eastbound lanes.

Fortuna Fire reported that the #2 lane closed.

Circumstances surrounding the crash are still under active investigation.
