Traffic Accident near Hill Street Left at Least One Hurt

ANDERSON, CA (May 5, 2022) – Officials reported major injuries following a two-car crash on Highway 273 Saturday evening.

The incident occurred around 8:38 p.m. along Highway 273 near Hill Street.

California Highway Patrol responded to a report of a collision involving two vehicles. Officials arrived and discovered one person with major injuries.

Medics then took the victim to Mercy Medical Center for treatment.

At this time, officials have not released the names of the injured person or their current condition.

Anderson police urge witnesses to come forward and reach out to them. While CHP officers will release further updates once they become available.
