Pedestrian Crash at Canyon Country Injures One Person in Wheelchair

SANTA CLARITA, CA (November 23, 2021) – A person in motorized wheelchair was injured Saturday after a pedestrian crash at Canyon Country.

The incident happened around 7:47 a.m. November 13, in the neighborhood of Canyon Country.

According to the CHP, a vehicle in the area struck a person in a mobilized wheelchair under unclear circumstances.

Responding medics transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment.

Authorities are currently conducting an active investigation into the crash.
