Rollover Crash near Caprock Road Left One Injured

SANTA CLARITA, CA (December 28, 2021) – A rollover crash near Sierra Highway left one person injured after hitting an animal Monday night.

Officials responded to the incident around 8:15 p.m. near the intersection of Sierra Highway and Caprock Road in Agua Dulce.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, a person was left trapped inside the vehicle after the crash.

Later, the investigators determined that a car hit an animal before flipping over.

However, it remains unclear what kind of animal they hit.

Santa Clarita Officials are investigating the crash.
