Accident near 60 Freeway Resulted in One Fatality

POMONA, CA (June 28, 2022) – Early Friday morning, one person was killed in a car crash on 101 Freeway.

Thee accident happened around 3:11 a.m., near the Soto Street off-ramp and the connector road of 101 Freeway.

California Highway Patrol confirmed one person died at the scene, though the main events that led up to the collision remain unknown.

Officials have not yet released the identities of the parties or vehicle descriptions involved in the crash. However, an active investigation is still underway at this time.
