Head-on Crash on Tehachapi Willow Springs Road Leaves One Dead and One Injured

BAKERSFIELD, CA (February 23, 2023) – Thursday afternoon, a head-on collision on Tehachapi Willow Springs Road left one person dead and one man injured.

The incident happened on February 16th, at around 2:08 p.m., near Highline Road.

According to reports, two vehicles collided head-on which resulted in the death of one person. At this time, police have not released the identity of the victim.

Additionally, another involved person was injured in the crash. He was treated onsite, although his condition is currently unknown.

Meanwhile, Cameron Road to Highline Road to Oak Creed Road was blocked during the investigation and cleanup duties.

No additional information is available and an active investigation is still underway.
