Traffic Accident on Union Street Left One Injured

VICTORVILLE, CA (April 13, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, paramedics airlifted one person after a two-vehicle crash on Seventh Street.

Officers responded to the scene at about 5:15 p.m. near Union Street.

Furthermore, police said the crash involved a gold-colored 2000 Chevrolet HHR and a white Toyota Tacoma.

Moreover, the HHR sustained damage to the passenger side, and firefighters from Victorville City Fire had to remove the door to get to the patient inside.

Consequently, medics transported the patient by ground ambulance to the landing pad at Victor Valley Global Medical Center and airlifted him to a trauma center.

The identity of the victim, as well as the extent of their injuries is currently unknown at this moment.

The Victorville Police Department is conducting an active investigation of the collision.
