Vehicle Crash on Christmas Tree Lane Left CHP Officer Injured

FRESNO, CA (December 28, 2021) – A crash on Christmas Tree Lane left a CHP motorcycle officer injured last Tuesday night.

The incident occurred around 10:40 p.m. near the intersection of Lansing Way and Van Ness Boulevard.

According to the police, officials said the officer entered the intersection with his emergency lights and sirens activated.

Consequently, a truck drove into the intersection and collided with the officer, ejecting the officer from the motorcycle.

Moreover, the officer sustained minor injuries. Meanwhile, the truck driver remained uninjured.

In addition, the police said the truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

Fresno Officials are investigating the Christmas Tree Lane crash.
