South Coast Highway Crash Injures Motorcycle Officer

OCEANSIDE (October 25, 2021) – One officer sustained non-life threatening injuries after a motorcycle crash on South Coast Highway .

The incident happened shortly before 3 P.M. on South Coast Highway.

Eventually, the first responders arrived at the scene and transported the officer to Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla.

At this time, authorities are working to identify the circumstances surrounding the deadly collision.

Oceanside Officials closed down South Coast Highway between Godfrey and Morse in both directions for cleanup and preliminary investigations.

Additional information will be posted about the motorcycle crash once it is made available to the public.
