With Robin Williams' and Joan Rivers' deaths, this year has been no laughing matter. Thankfully, Funny or Die's second Oddball Comedy and Curiosity Festival, the biggest touring laughfest in the country, is bringing some much-needed, big-name comic relief. Performing on one or both dates are recent Emmy winners Louis C.K. and Sarah Silverman, plus Aziz Ansari, Jim Gaffigan, Chris Hardwick, Bill Burr, Demetri Martin, Chris D'Elia, Hannibal Buress, Marc Maron, Ron Funches and Whitney Cummings, in addition to Brody Stevens, who's hosting a second stage. Expect tributes to Williams, who appeared in several videos for Funny or Die, as well as in an episode of Louis C.K.'s Louie and Maron's WTF podcast. Also, expect to adhere to the tour's “very, very, very strict” ban of cameras and phones — but sneak in a few photos anyway and make us proud. You never know who'll pop up. Last year, headliner Dave Chappelle infamously walked off the stage in Hartford, Connecticut, thanks to some hecklers, but he returned to the city last month as a surprise guest.
