That's really all we need to say. This whole story is about that photo and the demonstrator who hung tough like Black Friday shopper camping out to get that $99 TV.
But if you must have the facts, here they are:
Dude was arrested, LAPD Officer Richard French told us.
The guy allegedly (allegedly?) failed to comply with officers' orders to come down so, with the help of an L.A. Fire Department crew, they went up and got him. French:
One demonstrator climbed a light post and refused to come down after he was given a lawful order to come down.
The demonstration — Occupy is angry with Deutsch Bank over its home foreclosures in the area — was reported at 7:30 a.m. on Avenue of the Stars in Century City and continued until about 12:15 p.m today, French said.
As many as 30 protesters showed up to Avenue of the Stars, he said. (They did this a few weeks ago and tied up traffic for a minute before cops moved in).
A few other people, maybe two, were detained and released, according to French.
This guy, though, he was locked up.
